Members may book onto multiple sessions once tickets are released, for example, book onto a Christmas Party as well as a Christmas Craft session.

Members can only book sessions for their family. Any bookings made for non-family members will be cancelled and not refunded. The exception to this rule is, of course, our Grandparents. Members may book sessions in their name for Grandparents to attend with the child if, for example, parents are at work.

Members will receive 1 free playgroup session within the year for their child during their birthday week. If a member has more than one child, they may choose which child to use the free session for.
