Our baby massage classes are suitable for babies from newborn to 6 mths old/rolling. We recommend joining after baby's first injections.

The Jenni’s House package system is a payment method that allows you to purchase packages which can be used to attend playgroup sessions. Please ensure you add 1 adult and 1 child to each booking. Each booking grants entry for one adult and one child, along with snack time for the children and a drink for the adult.

We offer different packages to suit your needs. The current pricing is as follows: 3 Playgroup Sessions = £31.50 to use flexibly at times of your choosing! Extra Sibling Over 6 mths = £4.25 Extra Sibling Under 6 mths = FREE Extra Adult = £4.25 (One per booking)

Each booking includes one adult and one child, access to our free-play environment, snack time for the children, and a drink for the adult. It’s a complete package that ensures an enjoyable experience for both parents and children. To allow entry for an extra adult or sibling, please call us if you wish to add additional adults or siblings to your booking. Childminder booking allows entry for one childminder and one child.

No, the packages do not have to be used on consecutive weeks. We understand that life can get busy, so you have the flexibility to use the credits whenever it suits you. You can attend the playgroup sessions at your convenience, just head to the bookings page and book each session that works for you and your family.

Yes, you have the option to share your credits with another adult or caregiver such as Grandparents as long as it’s for the same child attending. Each booking allows entry for one adult and one child. If you plan to bring additional adults or siblings, add these on to your booking to ensure everyone can join the playgroup session or event.

We do not provide refunds for unused packages. However, you have the flexibility to use the sessions over 6 months at your own pace, allowing you to attend our playgroup sessions and events whenever it works best for you.

The packages purchased for Jenni’s House playgroup sessions are valid only for playgroup sessions. They cannot be transferred or used for other services or events unless otherwise specified.
