REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice
Playgroup bookings can be refunded or rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the session begins. To reschedule, simply click on the link in your booking confirmation, log in to your account on the Jenni's House website, or contact Jenni’s House for assistance via email or phone.
Non-Refundable Bookings within 24 Hours
If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the session starts, it is automatically non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Block Bookings
Block bookings are non-refundable. Where possible we will try to offer you an alternative session if a like-for-like session is available.
Non-Refundable Special Events
Certain bookings, such as Special Events (e.g., Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), are non-refundable and cannot be changed, regardless of the notice given.
Health & Safety Regulations
Each family attending must make their own booking in compliance with our Health & Safety regulations. This is to ensure we are aware of each child’s allergy needs and requirements when providing snack activities.
Duplicate Bookings
Any duplicate bookings made in the same adult’s name for the same session will be automatically cancelled and refunded by Jenni’s House.
