Service Description
Our wonderful Tiny Toes Baby Spa session - suitable for 2 - 6 mth olds. A cosy session to connect, bond and slow down. Baby will enjoy a short massage followed by a warm and relaxing bath. Mamas will enjoy a drink, delicious cakes and a refreshing face mask before capturing beautiful photos of your baby in our photo back drop with gowns and slippers. Join Emma in our Relaxation Room. 1 adult & 1 child per booking. Unfortunately we do not have space for Extra Adults on this session.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice Playgroup bookings can be refunded or rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the session begins. To reschedule, log back into your Jenni's House account, or contact Jenni’s House for assistance via email or phone. Non-Refundable Bookings within 24 Hours If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the session starts, it is automatically non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Block Bookings Block bookings are non-refundable. Where possible we will try to offer you an alternative session if a like-for-like session is available. Non-Refundable Special Events Certain bookings, such as Special Events (e.g., Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), are non-refundable and cannot be changed, regardless of the notice given. Health & Safety Regulations Each family attending must make their own booking in compliance with our Health & Safety regulations. This is to ensure we are aware of each child’s allergy needs and requirements when providing snack activities. Duplicate Bookings Any duplicate bookings made in the same adult’s name for the same session will be automatically cancelled and refunded by Jenni’s House.
