Our classic playgroup session with a school twist!
Service Description
Our Jenni's House playgroup session for 0-5yrs with your new school friends. 2 hours of play for 1 adult and 1 child. A huge selection of toys and resources, along with ice breaker games to get to know some new faces. Snack time includes a dairy-free selection of fruit, weaning snacks and biscuits with juice or water. Adult drinks included. The session finishes off with Rhyme time, fun movement songs, action rhymes, relaxation time, and of course Happy Birthdays.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice Playgroup bookings can be refunded or rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the session begins. To reschedule, contact Jenni’s House for assistance via email or phone. To receive your refund, please contact us to process it. Non-Refundable Bookings within 24 Hours If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the session starts, it is automatically non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Block Bookings Block bookings are non-refundable. Where possible we will try to offer you an alternative session if a like-for-like session is available. Non-Refundable Special Events Certain bookings, such as Special Events (e.g., Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), are non-refundable and cannot be changed, regardless of the notice given. Health & Safety Regulations Each family attending must make their own booking in compliance with our Health & Safety regulations. This is to ensure we are aware of each child’s allergy needs and requirements when providing snack activities. Duplicate Bookings Any duplicate bookings made in the same adult’s name for the same session will be automatically cancelled and refunded by Jenni’s House.
