Service Description
Our classic Jenni's House playgroup session but just for our tiny babies 0-6mths. Please use discount code BABYPLAY for a £2 discount on the price of this session. A selection of baby play set ups including tummy time, sensory play plus the team will be on hand with their knowledge and support to share and discuss. Baby weighing scales available throughout the session. A warm welcome and a chance to meet other families in the same baby bubble as you. The session finishes with a baby rhyme time and bubbles plus every baby gets a Photo Keepsake on their first session. 1.5hr session. Standard booking admits 1 adult and 1 baby with a drink for all adults. Important: Please only book for your family with a limit of one extra adult per booking. Adults must be 16yrs and over only. There is a £2 discount code available for this session. This must be used at the time of booking and cannot be added once your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice Playgroup bookings can be refunded or rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the session begins. To reschedule, log back into your Jenni's House account, or contact Jenni’s House for assistance via email or phone. Non-Refundable Bookings within 24 Hours If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the session starts, it is automatically non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Block Bookings Block bookings are non-refundable. Where possible we will try to offer you an alternative session if a like-for-like session is available. Non-Refundable Special Events Certain bookings, such as Special Events (e.g., Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), are non-refundable and cannot be changed, regardless of the notice given. Health & Safety Regulations Each family attending must make their own booking in compliance with our Health & Safety regulations. This is to ensure we are aware of each child’s allergy needs and requirements when providing snack activities. Duplicate Bookings Any duplicate bookings made in the same adult’s name for the same session will be automatically cancelled and refunded by Jenni’s House.
